Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Shipping & processing takes up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary during busy seasons, courier delays, and weather conditions.
Q.Was my order received?
A. Please check your email or text message for order confirmation and tracking number.
Q. My package says delivered but I don’t have, what should I do?
A. If a package says delivered and the package is not at the shipping address please contact UPS. Unfortunately Majestically MadeOver is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Please see our SHIPPING POLICY.
Q. My tracking number says confirmed what does this mean?
A. If you received a tracking number then your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update on UPS site. If tracking doesn’t update please contact UPS with your tracking number 1800-742-5877
Q. I filed a claim with UPS, can my items be reshipped or refunded?
A. We will not reship or refund unless UPS has completely finalized claim approval process and we have received settlement check from UPS.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not processed we can cancel. If your order has processed we do not cancel, once we process your order all orders are final sale.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. Due to our products, Majestically MadeOver does not allow return or exchange.
Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?
A. Majestically Madeover is not responsible for lost, damaged,or stolen items; packages are insured and you must file a claim with UPS to receive reimbursement.
Q. Can I change my address?
A. Majestically Madeover requires a $5 address change fee. You must provide your complete order information along with the order number that was provided at checkout.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Shipping is available in some international areas.
Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Q. My order was returned due to wrong address or for a unknown reason, will it be sent back to me?
A. For returned items there is a reship fee determined by your order. We will email an reship invoice if needed.
Q. I received the wrong order or missing an item what should I do?
A. Order discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your shipping label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented in a picture for ALL discrepancies. This includes missing and incorrect items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the label on the package, with the invoice to 901-512-3065.
Q. Can I add to my order once I have already paid?
A. Unfortunately we do not manually add on to any orders.
